Recently, I went to Bastrop. I went with my friend. Every single night, we played billiards and a game called shuffleboard. At first, I didn’t think the hotel would be as fun as it actually was. The hotel was called Hyatt. On the first day, it was just a matter of unpacking fast before we could do anything. We went to a restaurant. Then we made s’mores. In case you don’t know, s’mores are roasted marshmallows and two pieces of chocolate squished in between two graham crackers. Then we went to our room to rest.

On the 2^nd day , we went to the pool first thing in the morning. There was something called the lazy river. We went around that a few times. Then we figured out that that there was a water slide so my mom and I went to check it out. Then we found out that the water slide was really fun. So my friend joined in and we had a lot of fun.  We were offered to go on the lazy river two more times. Then we went back to the main pool for some more time. Then we got out of the pool and went and got something called ice shaved cream. Then we went back to the hotel to take a shower and change. Then we ate. After that, we played a little. Then we went to the hotel lobby to play some more. Then we went to bed.

On the third day, we went to the pool again. After that, we went to the hotel to change and eat lunch. Then we went to the hotel lobby to play again. After that, I went to my friend’s room to play with him. Then we went to bed after playing in the lobby after playing in the lobby for some time.

On the last day, we went bike riding but my bike wouldn’t move! So I had to borrow one from an area where there were spare bikes. After that, my friend and I watched half of the movie minions while our parents packed up. Then, we went on a pony ride and then went home.
